Then learn how to evolve the story of the possibilities awaiting us…if we just get off the self-criticism freight train.

MissusSmartyPants.com is not your average fashion website. It’s much, much more. MissusSmartyPants.com is about real style for real women. There is no need to have been born with a fashion gene....here at MissusSmartyPants.com women learn how to improve their style by dressing in styles based on their body shape. MissusSmartyPants.com came about because there is a huge need for practical, affordable style advice women can really use. Most fashion magazines are too “high fashion” (and full of ads) that they simply do not offer practical advice for the busy woman of today. All women will feel right at home because MSP believes every woman is beautiful no matter her age, size, shape or height. All women can find that “wow” factor that they once felt in their younger years. Gaining style confidence makes you a new woman at any age! As a fashion stylist and personal shopper, Leslie Gonzales aka MissusSmartyPants knows most women underestimate the importance of fit, proportion and wearing the right colors. While these are the main elements of fabulous style... it’s the MSP Personal Profile System that makes it easy for women to apply this knowledge and start improving their current wardrobe. This style system helps women dress better than they have in years, which in turn improves their sense of well-being and self confidence.

Many reporters have developed issues with repetitive stress injuries and are trying to figure out ways to continue their career. Learning to use speech recognition technology in combination with CAT software can prolong careers. Attendees at this event will be introduced to working with a speech engine and how court reporting is done using voice dictation, including voice macros and briefs. This show may be controversial for some stenographers. Way back in the 1970s a visionary from the state of Ohio traveled the United States educating court administrators and other legal professionals as to a technology revolution that court reporters were bringing to the court system. Tom Runfola was an expert in Computer-Assisted Transcription. Tommy reported in over 40 states and 20 foreign countries on some of the most high profile cases of the last 40 years, including assignments with the President and Vice President of the U.S. He has owned a reporting company for over 40 years, and is celebrating his 50th year in reporting in 2016. Tom was the youngest reporter to pass the Certificate of Merit (RMR) at 19 years of age – tying the great Ed Varallo, who passed it at the age of 19 the year before. To our knowledge, that record has lasted 50 years! Tom was the youngest three-time State of Ohio Speed Contest winner, winning three times before he was 30 years of age. Tom has qualified in all three parts of the National Speed Contest. Tom was the youngest President of NCRA at 38 years of age and the youngest Board member of NCRA at 25. Today Tommy Runfola is a leader in another court reporting technology development, that of digital court reporting. Tom is Vice President of the International Alliance of Professional Reporters and Transcribers (IAPRT). Tom began refocusing his professional career a number of years ago as he moved into education, business consulting, and today as a new radio personality on the Salem Radio Network, and is also heard globally on the I Heart Radio Network.
